Macy's, the iconic American department store, has been a retail staple since 1858, with over 740 stores nationwide and a strong online presence. The Macy's Rogue Valley Mall location offers a first-class selection of top fashion brands, including Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Clinique, Estée Lauder, and Levi's, as well as a wide variety of housewares, gifts, and furniture. While the store may not be what it once was, customers can still find hidden gems and good deals, particularly at the Backstage section. The store is generally expansive, but prices can be on the higher side. Nonetheless, the staff is courteous and helpful, making returns and exchanges a smooth process. However, during peak seasons like Christmas, the store and parking can become quite crowded, leading to a less than ideal shopping experience.
Macy's has some good clearance racks in a lot of departments that are good buys.

The Macy’s @ Green Hills Mall is nice! The Macy’s there has a lot of choices for the whole family and home!! I really enjoy shopping @ the Macy’s in Green Hills Mall.
