Locked the door while multiple patrons waited in 20° weather. Didn’t care that anyone was waiting on them. White dude with the greasy braids has negative customer service skills.

Known as one of the worst in Nashville (Madison area)..always closed..drug addicts on both sides of the building..employees are bottom tier..how is it still open? The world will never know!
