“I used Gardens of Babylon again this year to lay a new walkway to my front door and add a stone wall around the plant and bush landscaping in my front yard. They had installed a paver patio in my back yard last year and had done such a great job, there was no doubt that I would use them again. Victor and Eddie were the crew for this years job and I could not be happier with the work they did. Not only were they timely and efficient, the quality the work on the walkway and stone wall was excellent!”

“Go to Moore & Moore for all your gardening needs (seriously do it!) Two weeks ago I was in a serious bind. I had ordered a ZZ plant to be delivered to a friend for their house warming party. Day of the florist called to tell me that their website made a mistake and I didn’t meet their order minimum of $75 (not including delivery and taxes) and would need to increase my order to get the plant delivered. I cancelled the order and frantically called Moore & Moore and explained the situation, praying they could deliver a plant at the last second ( two hours before closing) while the housewarming party is well underway. Lindy went above and BEYOND and saved the day. After speaking on the phone she FaceTimed me and helped me pick out a gorgeous pot for the ZZ. She repotted it, packaged it up beautifully, and hand wrote a note on my behalf. They had it delivered within the hour.
Words can’t describe how much this meant to me. I live out of the state and was feeling especially helpless on top of missing out on a friend’s special day. Lindy’s customer service was phenomenal, and she helped me show love to a dear friend. She picked out what my friend says is “a truly perfect plant”. Thank you Lindy you are truly a God send!
For future reference they do have a flat delivery fee of ($30-35?) for homes within their service area. However, their delivery fee in addition to the plant + pot + gift wrapping + tax still ended up being cheaper than my original order with the florist. $65 from Moore & Moore vs a $75 order at the florist they wanted to turn into a $100+ order. So go to Moore & Moore for all your frantic plant needs, or regular non-frantic gardening (whichever you prefer). They will take great care of you.”

“I don’t buy beef from the store, I live off their deer processing! There are many reasons why I use Flowers! You always get your meat, not mixed with other. They use high quality fat with their products! Ultra fast return time…not sure if I’ve ever seen a large processor turn meat around as fast as they do! Reasonable pricing always makes me return! Their customer service is friendly and inviting. Their tagging system is awesome and accurate so they don’t mix up deer and you don’t have to call for an update…they’re system will send you an text when you’re order is ready with a specific #! Don hesitate to use!”

“Had a great experience with Dickens Turf’s East Nashville location. The team was fantastic; knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of our questions, and provided great service. We recently purchased a property with a lot of land, and needed a lawnmower upgrade. Kevin gave us honest opinions and helped us select the right lower for us. The Ferris lawnmower has been an excellent machine so far. There’s a lot of acreage and some rough terrain so we had a lot of questions and Kevin took the time to explain all of the nuances because it was our first time to buy a riding, zero turn lawnmower. Kevin also spent some time with us when he delivered the lawnmower to again walk us through the process and show us some of the features before giving us a demonstration and then guiding us as we gave it a try. Such a great buy (and a great price) and an excellent experience all around. Thankful Dickens was recommended to us and glad to see they live up to the hype!”
“I special ordered some deck boards. I made the mistake and ordered 16 foot lengths thinking this would save my labor time. I had a 12 foot trailer and tried to use a pallet to prop the back up. They were too flimsy. I am not paying $80 to get them delivered. It took a little time but Richard delivered them on a 20 foot flatbed and unloaded them exactly where I wanted. After all the pain in the butt this solution worked out well. I appreciate the perseverance of the Home Depot Folks in making this happen. I get that it is a big box store but they did go above and beyond and always had professionalism and courtesy and helping me.”
“Every plant under the sun except Eucalyptus, which I happen to be looking for. They ward off spiders, so I was trying to get them because there is a rich history of Spiders vs Composers (as they famously took the life of Berg) that I want to avoid. There's even a type of song called a Tarantella where you play it after someone gets a spider bite so they frantically dance around so the venum will come out”
“Cute little stop in with a lot of charm for being on old Nolensville Road. Settled in a historic building they renovated and made it a cozy little place to get boutique style gifts or customs planted bonsai and all the accoutrements that come with the job. The store keep was nice and helpful with questioned letting us know in the warmer months they host live shows and have a food truck. They also have a pay to play dog park and small playground for children. Definitely worth a peek I think, may need to stop in when the weather warms up as well.”
