Tried to tell me they can’t ship matches even though it says in section 4B of their own handbook they can … so rude and unprofessional. All rules were followed when packing. Just go to a different location or UPS

I have opened a PO Box there because you could go 24 hours a day seven days a week then they stopped being 24 seven and they’re almost normal business hours which is not convenient whatsoever. Then they have constantly raised the prices and reduce the service.

I have been here twice. Employees were friendly and helpful the first time and extremely rude to several of the customers ahead of me the second time. It was not a pleasant experience.
