Joya A. Dinwiddie (Branch Manager) was extremely courteous and helpful. The branch staff was very friendly, and courteous. I only had to wait a few seconds in line. The teller was fast and friendly.

Bryan and the team at this Regions went above and beyond with their customer experience for me opening up a new bank account. Highly recommend for any students in the area - they were super understanding and helpful in providing resources!

This location has nice and helpful employees, but it is located in an awkward spot that can be hard to get to and the ATM is seemingly NEVER operational. It is extremely frustrating going out of my way to stop by the ATM, especially when I have to navigate a busy intersection, only to pull up and see it is out of order.
