So far everyone has been great. My only complaint is they did bot let my husband make a deposit for me once but that has never happened again. He deposits for me now with no problems.

Brad McLean is an absolute rockstar of a banker. He knows how to be very relatable and has total great customer service. Never met a Regions associate like him EVER BEFORE! Top class guy. He has the gift of people. Brad should be the face of Regions and how all customers should be treated. I was highly amazed.
