I have never heard of a bank that closes at 4pm. What a joke. Was going to open a joint account here but my only other interaction at this bank was a money order process that took almost half an hour to complete—and i was the only customer in the bank the entire time. Skip this bank and try another. The Kroger money center is easier to use and their machines have been broken for a month.

I had an issue with a money order at Kroger's which I was unable to get them to take care of. Luckily, this Regions was here and Sheila and the management here was very empathetic towards my issue and went above and beyond.

The worst bank ever. Stole $1240 from me and had the nerve to stop answering my phone calls and basically tell me to deal with it. As a single mom, you just stole from my child's mouth. Shameful. Now I am about to get my lights turned off and they tell me it's my fault because I should have asked NES for an extension. How is it my responsibility to do this when y'all promised to give me a credit on my account to pay my bills until you returned my money. I will be taking legal steps against this branch and I suggest you keep your money far away. No bank should be so untrustworthy. Should have stayed with Bank of America. At least they never stole a penny from me.

I have banked here for many years. What a difference in this branch from just a year ago when the mortgage rates were lower and the lobby was active. I made an appointment on line to speak with a bank representative. When I arrived, there were four people sitting waiting in the lobby. Only one person in an office waiting on someone and one teller. I was able to get assisted through the teller and manager. I had a good experience and appreciate the help.

I would stuff my money in a coffee can and bury it in the yard before I would open an account here. I emailed legal documents and waited several days for a return call, only to find out the person I was told to contact had gone out on planned leave. I was told the branch manager would call me back. Spent the next two weeks calling and being ignored. Finally was told they would give me no information on the phone and I would have to drive 40 MILES and appear in person AT THAT BRANCH for them to comply with a Judge's conservatorship order.

I’ve never had a problem. People can’t leave bad reviews over things employees can’t control. Plan your day accordingly and you want have to wait. Stop blaming employees for doing their best, you sound entitled. Been a Region Customer over 10 years

This is one of the worst locations the atms are always down. I use the atm to make deposits weekly I’ve been turned down multiple time. Very disappointing

...is there a new policy not to ask a customer if they would like a receipt for their transaction or just offering it to them...i was just there and after the rep left our transaction I asked for a receipt. She never turned around and the gentleman at the next booth stated you dont need one if you made a withdrawal...i dont have much in this establishment but I am conaidering a total withdrawal if this persists...

ATM is constantly out of service , and the one time it was in service it took almost $400 cash without depositing into my account. I contacted the branch and was told they can't credit my account and they have to have an outside vendor balance the Machine. I'm still waiting on my funds to show in my account and it's not there.
