I had an issue with a money order at Kroger's which I was unable to get them to take care of. Luckily, this Regions was here and Sheila and the management here was very empathetic towards my issue and went above and beyond.

I’ve never had a problem. People can’t leave bad reviews over things employees can’t control. Plan your day accordingly and you want have to wait. Stop blaming employees for doing their best, you sound entitled. Been a Region Customer over 10 years
