We were misled by this bank for having a fixed rate HELOC only to find out it’s variable. Their systems are outdated, setting up auto-payments took multiple days, and their customer care center drops calls. Hard 0 out of 5 on Renasant.

You will NOT find this kind of customer service anywhere else in Tennessee! Sherri is bomb, the lady at the front desk (I forget hire to spell her name) is amazing. They are all polite and friendly. You don't have to be rich for them to treat you like a 5 star VIP client
