Dude came out. Checked my A/C. Diagnosed the problem. Then ghosted me and my home warranty for a month. Had to have the issue re-sub contracted with a new company. They came out and fixed it within a week. Sears is the worst service provider ever. Do not use them.

The number provided isn’t real. The service calls are full of lies. These people owe my parents a new HVAC per their warranty but are trying to get out of it. Immoral, unethical.
