“This is the right storage property to choose! The Extra Space Storage here on Cane Ridge in Antioch TN is not far from Nashville and most of the area. It’s clean and well cared for. The staff is so professional and I’ve seen nothing but great customer service. Nolawi answered all our questions and we saw him on a first name basis with his customers. Wife and I definitely recommend. We won’t be choosing competitors.”

Also that restroom needs cleaning out it was lots of spider webs in there and it was not clean at all it’s like it’s never been used 🥴”

“This place is pretty solid. I had a couple different storage units here for a few years for my business and so did a friend of mine. They used to be able to accept packages for you but they stopped at some point. The only things that weren't great were that sometimes the entry door didn't work on the right side of the building, there used to be a repeating playlist of some sort blasting through the speakers inside (think they changed this), and there are some unsavory characters from time to time to watch out for. One time I was mistakenly locked out of my own unit, but luckily it wasn't an emergency or urgent, so I came back the next day and it was resolved.
Overall I didn't have many issues, and it's a storage facility, so things happen. There have been several staff changes since I initially had a unit here, but it seems the most recent staff is on top of things and I appreciate that. Would recommend this spot and I would have stayed if they didn't raise my rent.”

“I went to go get a storage unit from public storage in Madison and Trust me when I tell you both females was very knowledgeable and wonderful at their job and explaining units was very simple, nothing complicated walk me through it thoroughly units. I saw was very clean property was well-maintained so I had to get the unit.”
“We stored items in a unit for 6 years and never had an issue. Front desk was always helpful and available. Security cameras were always working and I felt safe having my 2 students use the unit at all hours. I would definitely recommend.”

“The person checking me in was great. They had a large and small dolly available to use. We didn't very to rent. The only downfall is you can't sign up for automatic payment when you sign up. You have to call back. I did leave a message to have them call ne back and I still have not heard from them.”
