I sent a set of professional chef's knives to sharpening world and they made them cut like NEW. We keep a decent edge on them at the restaurant but over time they've seen some wear and tear. Now they're back on the line better than ever!

They did a great job with my knives, and had them done in the timeframe that I requested. I just went because it was close and I needed my knives sharpened for work, but I am definitely pleased with the results!
