When you not only need the item but need the knowledge of where who and when is as vital this is the place to go.
They may not sell you what you need but you will get the answers you need which is more than most.
Also the retail counter is in my pic. Building is huge and they have the build a across the street too.”

“I love this hardware store, a cavernous warehouse far more utilitarian than glamorous. But who needs chic when you offer a thorough selection at competitive prices? I just needed a single roll of packing tape near my workplace and found this store online, a place I’d driven past hundreds of times. The employees were extremely helpful.
But the amount of hardware goods throughout the warehouse is simply stunning. It’s like a smaller version of Lowe’s or Home Depot without all the glitz, tucked into an industrial area in the heart of South Nashville.
By the way, this is a locally owned store named after Horace Greely Lipscomb, a resident of Brentwood who moved here in 1869. Eventually a wealthy banker, he founded this hardware company in 1893! If his surname sounds familiar to locals, yes, his brother was the very David Lipscomb who founded the university that carries his name.”

“Ferguson was contacted by our maintenance team at our apartment because our lights kept flickering dramatically. The gentleman came out after dark on the first freezing night of the year to check things out and see what he could do. While he couldn't fix things right away, he was able to give us a temporary fix! I'm so grateful because I'm a photosensitive epileptic, and now my head won't hurt at home while we wait for him to come back later this week to fix things permanently. He was polite and told us exactly what was going on, too!”

“I special ordered some deck boards. I made the mistake and ordered 16 foot lengths thinking this would save my labor time. I had a 12 foot trailer and tried to use a pallet to prop the back up. They were too flimsy. I am not paying $80 to get them delivered. It took a little time but Richard delivered them on a 20 foot flatbed and unloaded them exactly where I wanted. After all the pain in the butt this solution worked out well. I appreciate the perseverance of the Home Depot Folks in making this happen. I get that it is a big box store but they did go above and beyond and always had professionalism and courtesy and helping me.”
“Every plant under the sun except Eucalyptus, which I happen to be looking for. They ward off spiders, so I was trying to get them because there is a rich history of Spiders vs Composers (as they famously took the life of Berg) that I want to avoid. There's even a type of song called a Tarantella where you play it after someone gets a spider bite so they frantically dance around so the venum will come out”
