“Great first time experience. Mary helped me out the best she could, she got me the right tool but my strength and my drill wasn't up to part. She offered me to borrow one of their drills, that meant a lot. Thank you Mary!!!! It was frustrating but you made my day better by caring and being what customer service should look like! Store on Gallatin road, east Nashville by Juicy seafood!!!”
“The store manager, Vanessa, went above and beyond to assist me with a problem I was having with an e-commerce order. She moved heaven and earth to get my grill order delivered to Clarksville on the same day and I greatly appreciate that level of care.”
“The staff are always pleasant and helpful, but they don't always have what you need, given the small store. Maybe fewer chocolate bars and gift cards and more hardware?”
“Traveled from Ireland, great selection of tools, quality icon brand, delighted with my purchases, staff were fantastic and very helpful, Harbour freight locals are very lucky to have such a wonderful store with quality tools and extremely great value on their doorstep.”

“Used them for our whole home remodel. At no time was there ever missed shipments, great delivery drivers, and sales. My wife felt confident that as the homeowner and project manager, she would get great treatment every call.”
“Visiting from out of town and I wish this store was in my neighborhood back home. I hope locals support this family owned business before they retire. A chat with the owner & some cat love made my day. Yes, cats on duty 24/7.”
“Paul and August could not have been any more helpful for finding plumbing parts for a fish tank. Paul especially had the best knowledge and customer service of all time. 10/10.”
“What a delight having this hardware store close to home !!. The staff are so attentive and knowledgeable. The store is the perfect size, is stocked with everything and not overwhelming. In and out with everything I need and always with a smile.”
“I love this hardware store, a cavernous warehouse far more utilitarian than glamorous. But who needs chic when you offer a thorough selection at competitive prices? I just needed a single roll of packing tape near my workplace and found this store online, a place I’d driven past hundreds of times. The employees were extremely helpful.
But the amount of hardware goods throughout the warehouse is simply stunning. It’s like a smaller version of Lowe’s or Home Depot without all the glitz, tucked into an industrial area in the heart of South Nashville.
By the way, this is a locally owned store named after Horace Greely Lipscomb, a resident of Brentwood who moved here in 1869. Eventually a wealthy banker, he founded this hardware company in 1893! If his surname sounds familiar to locals, yes, his brother was the very David Lipscomb who founded the university that carries his name.”
“So I needed a pain to find anchor bolt in metric.
They did not have it. No one has it locally. But the counter guy opened up and gave me the only two viable options.
When you not only need the item but need the knowledge of where who and when is as vital this is the place to go.
They may not sell you what you need but you will get the answers you need which is more than most.
Also the retail counter is in my pic. Building is huge and they have the build a across the street too.”
“These people where amazing. I came in looking for a very specific Gas. 99.999% nitrogen. they took my tank and filled it for a reasonable price. For someone that knows nothing about this they helped educate me and walk me through the process. 10/10 recommend”

“Needed new front tires for our Zero Turn, Tractor supply wanted $75 for flat free or close to it, Northern tool had them on sale for $45 each. Basically less than TSC wanted for the standard tires that go flat. 🤷♂”
“I sent a set of professional chef's knives to sharpening world and they made them cut like NEW. We keep a decent edge on them at the restaurant but over time they've seen some wear and tear. Now they're back on the line better than ever!”

“I’m a maintenance person for a small nonprofit. A small customer at best. The staff here give me the same time and respect as a professional who gives them thousands of dollars of business. Can’t say enough positive things about them!!”
“Great place to swap out your bbq tanks. Neat clean organized. 2 minutes from the time I pulled in I was on my way with 2 clean full tanks. They have a new happy customer”
“Great place to do business. Priced are pretty good also. I buy supplies there for the company I work for. Oh and they have free popcorn in the lobby😋”
“Ferguson was contacted by our maintenance team at our apartment because our lights kept flickering dramatically. The gentleman came out after dark on the first freezing night of the year to check things out and see what he could do. While he couldn't fix things right away, he was able to give us a temporary fix! I'm so grateful because I'm a photosensitive epileptic, and now my head won't hurt at home while we wait for him to come back later this week to fix things permanently. He was polite and told us exactly what was going on, too!”

“Nice people, good products, good service but you do need to know they are an industrial distributor and sell to the woodworking industry. When I buy hinges, they are 300 per box, screws are 4,000 per box, etc. If you're really in the woodworking business, this is your place.”
“Walked in and after asking for parts was quickly led back to the parts counter. The lead person took 1 look at my part and directed his colleague to the correct location and provided the correct part number from memory. I was impressed. And I fixed my toilet for about $6.”
“these are great people who helped me avoid costly returns, manufacturing delays, friendly, solutions-based- professionals' choice & quality right there! Dan, front desk guys, manager- all awesome.”

“It is an old time feel hardware store with creaky wood flooring. The staffs are always there to help you out with questions. We love it and hope they stay in business for long long time!”
