She had great recommendations for shoes based on those results, listened to the feedback we each gave, and was very focused on getting each of the right shoe with the perfect fit. Each of us found a pair of shoes we love and Amelia even helped us find the right inserts for the shoes. It was the best experience I've had at Fleet Feet or any athletic shoe store. I highly recommend this store for moms that need help fitting growing teens.”

“We stopped in about 40-45 minutes before close, just wanting to take a look around. By the time we left (maybe 10 minutes AFTER close—so sorry!!), my boyfriend and I had bought/ordered a total of 6 pairs of shoes. We were helped by Mason, who was so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! He answered all of our questions (from weather durability to “but are these two boots different ENOUGH?”). He also managed his time well, helping us and a few other individuals at the same time without keeping anyone waiting long. I’m so so happy with my purchases. Super cute selection of shoes and very helpful staff.”

“I cannot say enough great things about this shop. I started following Goodbuy Girls online several years ago and have always had a good experience online shopping with them. I had only had the chance to visit one other time in person back in 2019 until recently. The owner is as lovely in person as she is online. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful with suggestions. The shop is arranged beautifully inside. She has great taste as can be seen with the items she has chosen to sell - from clothing to jewelry, hats, home goods, accessories and carefully curated vintage cowgirl boots. No matter what you're looking for or your budget, you will find something here. The neighborhood is a great area for shopping, eating and walking around. Don't miss this place! “As someone who frequently buys Nike products for all of my kids and grandkids, I go here first. There is always plenty of stock to chose from, very quick check out, and plenty of friendly employees to help if you are looking for something particular. They also have pretty decent sales. This evening, employee Shaun was able to help my daughter find a pair of shoes based off of a photograph of a very old pair. He was able to identify the shoe and find it for her in stock! “Charlie was kind, genuine, patient, knowledgeable, and had great recommendations. We were visiting down from Mississippi. He helped me purchase my wife’s first exotic boot and I also purchased my first lighter leathered boots. He explained maintenance, suggested insoles that we did purchase to allow us to find comfort in the boots. I have been having foot pains and he suggested a different type of insole. Upon arrive we walked past 3 associates and they did not speak and I walked to the back of the store. Charlie came and found me and asked if I needed anything and made us feel comfortable and at home. His knowledge and hospitality is unmatched and he was completely honest. He didn’t try to sell me anything he gave me and my wife options and allowed us to pick and was not overbearing.
