“Amelia was great to work with! She quickly helped my children and I get measured on the machine and explained the results very well. She had great recommendations for shoes based on those results, listened to the feedback we each gave, and was very focused on getting each of the right shoe with the perfect fit. Each of us found a pair of shoes we love and Amelia even helped us find the right inserts for the shoes. It was the best experience I've had at Fleet Feet or any athletic shoe store. I highly recommend this store for moms that need help fitting growing teens.”

“I knew I wanted to gift myself a cowgirl hat while in Nashville. A week before my trip, I googled cowboy hat bars & Planet Cowboy was the first search result. I checked out their website + Instagram & was sold on the local vibes and authentic selection of Western wear. I inquired about the hat bar via text and had a spectacular interaction with their staff. When I arrived at the shop, Tonya was a fantastic help with picking out the hat style and fit & the hat “bartender” was so delightful & creative. I highly recommend Planet Cowboy for designing your cowgirl/boy hat!!”

“We shopped at Betty’s this afternoon. We were served by a fantastic lady called Brenda. She was most helpful with the boot sizing and recommendations for what I was looking for - very knowledgeable and kind, super helpful. I bought a pair of beautiful mid calf iridescent pearl boots, and an absolutely gorgeous leather and fur-collar jacket. I absolutely love them and will wear these all the time back home in England. “Went in on a Sunday night. All of the employees were nice except one female employee who was very rude and didn't seem to want to help me and said they didn't have what I wanted. Went back the next day and a male employee was very friendly and went to check the stock room and found what I wanted. If it wasn't for the male employee I wouldn't have gone back there.”
“We stopped in about 40-45 minutes before close, just wanting to take a look around. By the time we left (maybe 10 minutes AFTER close—so sorry!!), my boyfriend and I had bought/ordered a total of 6 pairs of shoes. We were helped by Mason, who was so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! He answered all of our questions (from weather durability to “but are these two boots different ENOUGH?”). He also managed his time well, helping us and a few other individuals at the same time without keeping anyone waiting long. I’m so so happy with my purchases. Super cute selection of shoes and very helpful staff.”
“I cannot say enough great things about this shop. I started following Goodbuy Girls online several years ago and have always had a good experience online shopping with them. I had only had the chance to visit one other time in person back in 2019 until recently. The owner is as lovely in person as she is online. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful with suggestions. “Down here from Canada and looking for some comfy Chelsea boots. Stopped in to have a look. Carter welcomed us and asked what I was looking for. He professionally measured my feet and came back with a tower of boot boxes that I was looking for. Tried on several pairs and walked out with THREE pairs as he ended up selling my wife a pair as well. He even tempted me with a pair of Pikolinos dress shoes. He knew how to read me. Super impressed with the excellent service and the sales teams' knowledge. The only regret I have, is that I didn't buy the Pikolinos as I loved them. “As someone who frequently buys Nike products for all of my kids and grandkids, I go here first. There is always plenty of stock to chose from, very quick check out, and plenty of friendly employees to help if you are looking for something particular. They also have pretty decent sales. This evening, employee Shaun was able to help my daughter find a pair of shoes based off of a photograph of a very old pair. He was able to identify the shoe and find it for her in stock! Honestly, he is the reason I took the time to write my review. Well done Shaun, I am sure we will see you again soon!”

“Charlie was kind, genuine, patient, knowledgeable, and had great recommendations. We were visiting down from Mississippi. He helped me purchase my wife’s first exotic boot and I also purchased my first lighter leathered boots. He explained maintenance, suggested insoles that we did purchase to allow us to find comfort in the boots. I have been having foot pains and he suggested a different type of insole. Upon arrive we walked past 3 associates and they did not speak and I walked to the back of the store. Charlie came and found me and asked if I needed anything and made us feel comfortable and at home. His knowledge and hospitality is unmatched and he was completely honest. He didn’t try to sell me anything he gave me and my wife options and allowed us to pick and was not overbearing. Thank you Charlie we love our boots, much love to you man all the way from Mississippi.”

“Literally amazing customer service. I called wanting a top that was out of stock online, but wanted to see if by chance they had in store and could ship. Even though I live three hours away, they found it at another location and had it shipped to them then called me and sent me a way to pay and get it shipped.

“My employer gave a stipend towards protective footwear, so I went in after narrowing down the search. Redwing was the only company in my search that specialized in protective toe, so I chose them. It was a great decision. They took a 3d scan of my foot, and measured the strike/pressure points of my step on each foot. I ended up getting the Apex shoe with the comfort insert. Easily the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. Which is noteworthy since steel toed shoes are notorious for being uncomfortable. Walked in them for 3 days at Disney with no pain at all. My tennis shoes didn’t even perform that well the last time we did 3 days at a walk-intensive theme park. Bottom line, these things are gold, and worth every penny”
