However, some maintenance requests have gone unanswered, leading to concerns about communication and follow-up on unresolved issues. General feedback highlights that public areas are clean and safe, with little crime reported. While many enjoy the peaceful environment, there are concerns about driver behavior in the complex, specifically regarding impatience and safety around speed bumps. Despite these issues, the community remains lively and welcoming, with staff like Felicia noted for their exceptional support during the leasing process. Overall, Stewarts Ferry is seen as a pleasant place to live, with both beautiful surroundings and a strong sense of community.
I toured the place. Staff was warm and welcoming. I did not apply because my income did not meet the requirements. If circumstances changes, this would be my ideal place. I love the apartments.
