This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Contacted C/S at location. Gentleman who answered had very poor communication skills. I asked for manager. He wasn’t available. I was making a comment the rep didn’t like and he hung up on me.

Terrible experience since the banks merged. My BB&T bank was great but I sat in the drive-thru at this location for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. Teller was extremely rude. Will be closing my account here.

Go to another Suntrust branch. This branch and Joelton are.by far the slowest and under staff branch. Sitting in line for 30 minutes+ is not acceptable
