Went in to ask questions about getting currency changed over to Euros and Macy was very nice and helpful with any questions that I had. I have never had any issues with this bank and i have been banking with them all the way back to the SunTrust days when they first changed to that name.

1 employee at window there is always a line however once you are waited on they give you their you upmost priority and personal care with positive attitude and very polite
