“As of writing this, I had gone to this location a few weeks ago without having scheduled an appointment, and after only waiting for a short amount of time, I got to speak to one of the personal bankers.
Aislin Castellanos - the personal banker - helped answer all of my questions; all of which were non-standard and may not have been taken seriously if I had gone to someone with less consideration for the client. Castellanos walked me through the answers to my questions regarding Fifth Third's credit card policies and how it worked, and had done so while being candid, polite, and professional.
All of this took basically no time at all, and I left feeling like I had gained something. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future!”
