“I’m relatively new to the area and first took my car to another local shop, EurWerks. Unfortunately, that experience was disappointing — poor communication, broken promises, and five days later, the “simple repair” still wasn’t done. I don’t usually mention another business in a review, but in this case, 1) they earned the criticism with the extremely poor service they provided, and 2) Continental Motorwerks deserves recognition for doing things the right way.
The difference was night and day. They absolutely deserve five stars. Their pricing is fair, but what really sets them apart is their integrity, clear communication, and efficiency.
I brought in my car for an ABS warning issue, and Bekim and Daniel diagnosed it the same morning, explained everything clearly, and had the repair completed within two hours. Honest, professional, and reliable — exactly what you want from an auto repair shop.

He checked her car out, determined that it was NOT a transmission issue, and not only told her the truth (which cost him business obviously but was the right thing to do) but he also went to bat for her with the other car shop to make sure she wasn't taken advantage of! I told him my truck issues and my travel situation. He was able to fix the problem, explained the problem, showed me a minor concern but due to my time and expenses he was mindful of and wanted to get me back on the road safely. “If you’re looking for a genuine and honest mechanic, look no further than David and TGC auto. This was my second time using TGC. My car broke down at a gas station across the street from their old location on trinity lane. David answered my call and immediately responded to the gas station and spend his entire day under my hood in a parking lot getting my car back to normal. While his shop is temporarily out of service and looking for his next location, he still answers his phone and will find a way to help you out. Thanks again David!”

When I found out Noel was selling the shop, I wondered where I was going to go now? but Noel reassured me that the new owner, Mr Keyvan T Bahnamiri is very good. “Precision Autohaus saved the day for me and my family. We had just arrived into downtown Nashville after a 7 hour drive and I noticed the AC in the car was getting warmer and warmer. I knew something was up and didn't want to make the 7 hour drive back home with no AC. This is the end of July and we're in the middle of a heat wave with above 90 degree temperatures. I found them on Google and they were 3 minutes away. I got there 1 hour before they closed on a Friday. I told them of my situation and they were able to get my car in and check it out. An hour and 15 minutes later. ...They stayed 15 minutes after they were scheduled to close, my car was done and I had ice cold air. They replaced a couple valves and filled up my freon. The cost was very fair! I'm grateful for everyone at Precision Autohaus. Thanks for saving our trip!!”

“I called in last minute after scraping the bottom of my car pretty bad on a curb and cracking a piece of the protective plastic off. They got me in and said they'd inspect the damage at no cost. “Ordered an Allison model 1000 transmission. Delivered next day. Waiting longer for radiator and transmission cooler than the Allison unit. I’ve always used and recommended Jasper. The fact that they R&D engines and transmissions and upgrade or beef up the typical failure spots will keep me coming back. This makes a 4.0l Jeep motor and an Allison transmission I’ve replaced. They also have a no beef warranty with replacement charges paid no matter where you are as long as it’s installed by an authorized Jasper installer and replaced by a Jasper installer should it fail.”
