“I gave 5 stars because both of my experiences were nice. The lady at the desk was quick to get my trailer tags and polite. I bobtailed in to get a trailer both times so I didn't have any trouble but I wouldn't want to take a trailer in, the space is small. It's also easy to pass up the sign coming from I-24, it's right behind an empty white building and there's typically trailers sitting in that parking area.”
“There was a time that I would of had to write a lot of negative things about Autow in Nashville but that is no longer the case. Since Laura C. has stepped in and given us a direct line of communication things are WAY BETTER. We know what's going on with our equipment and if there is a delay a long the way we know why it is taking longer. Even if Laura isnt available and someone answers the phone they are professional and friendly. If they don't know the answer right then they will find out and get back to me. With the improvement in communication the turnaround times have also greatly improved. As much as it hurts us to be without a truck Laura & her team try to make it as painless as they can. Not a 5 star review because I think there is always room for improvement otherwise it would be a 5 star review.”

“Looks can be deceiving. Very safe. Manager constantly watches videos. I forgot to lock my door once and he called within 30 min to tell me. I was able to get a 26' Penske truck in though out did take some skills.”

“Moving is an emotional time and renting a 26ft truck and a caravan can be a little scary. The gentleman at the Charlotte Pike location was WONDERFUL! He had to juggle several clients that were in bad moods over things he had no control over, but he was calm and tried his best to make things right. He took his time and showed me everything I needed to know about this mammoth 26ft truck. When I came back the next day, he remembered me and complimented his boss, Corey, for making sure the trucks were tested and cleaned before going back out. We LOVED the Caravan! My son wanted to buy one after the week was over. Thank you again to Penske/Hertz for making my move a little bit smoother!”

“This is the second time I’ve used this shop And both have been great experiences. They have a very knowledgeable staff from the person at the front window To the people actually doing the work on the truck the first time I came in was for low tread on my steer tires, which they got changed quickly and efficiently. The second time I had a problem with my air can for the breaking system when I explained to them, what was going on with the phone? They knew exactly what the problem was diagnosed it and had it fixed with me back on the road in no time there are good Ryder shops, but I think that Nashville runs the best shop that I’ve been to so far however, there is one shop that I will never go to again in Memphis. I think that writer should send some of those people from Memphis to Nashville so they can learn how to do their jobs better.”

“This Penske truck rental office is located at the Home Depot near Gallatin Pike and Briley Pkwy, at the tool rental section on the right side of the building. I reserved a truck online on a Saturday for the following Tuesday, a clean truck in good condition was waiting for me when I arrived, check-in was quick and easy, and when I returned the truck the salesperson quickly did a post-trip inspection with me. (You also have the option of dropping off the keys if you return the truck after hours.) The price was right, and they did not try to up-sell me on insurance or add-ons, although equipment rental is an option. As an added bonus, you can leave your car in the Home Depot parking lot while you use the rented truck. A lot of truck rental places either do not provide parking, or charge for it. I WILL NEVER MOVE AGAIN, but if I ever need to rent a moving truck Penske will be my first option.”

“Easton and Isaac in the sales office helped me out with booking a last minute Cargo Van when my reservation with Budget completely fell through. They were extremely helpful and able to get me on the road within 24 hours, in a great van that was clean and exactly what I needed. “Best uhaul rental spot ever. We will do all our rentals for uhaul here. They are quick, observant, and very friendly. The customer service is beyond any I have seen outside any other regular uhaul establishment, he is running 2 different businesses. Family oriented and the best one stop shop for a phone with boost and moving rentals!!!!!”

“10/10 recommend Avis! I was shaken by my car needing to be in the shop for a new transmission. I called all the rental places around and either no answer or no cars. I called Avis and I was immediately met with promptness and kindness. When I got here Ms.Jess was so kind and gave me the perfect car for my kids and I to get around in. When I came back for an extention and later a return Mr.Austin was very informative and kind. Truly a great staff and made this scary experience much less hectic. Thank you both.”

“Last weekend, I rented a vehicle from them. The overall experience was satisfactory. Unfortunately, they did not have the vehicle option I had selected. Consequently, I was provided with a complimentary upgrade to a Ford Bronco. The vehicle was in excellent condition, with a clean interior. The representative advised me to ensure that I returned the vehicle with the same fuel level it had when I rented it. He reminded me that the store closes at noon on Sundays, and if I am slightly late returning the vehicle, there will be no issues. He also indicated the parking area and the location of the key drop.”
“I prefer dealing with the people at this location over all the other uhaul locations in Nashville that I've had to deal with.
Courteous, professional, and helpful. Every time I've needed equipment or supplies they've always had what I needed and helped make the entire process a pleasant experience.
The last time I rented a truck & trailer from this store, John helped make the entire process quick and pleasant even though my phone didn't want to play well with the uhaul app.
Really, I will go out of my way to deal with the folks at this location rather than another store in Nashville.”

“Arjay, Jeremiah, Shannon, Ebony, and Josh are absolutely the best! I went to rent a truck for a few days, but I ended up keeping it for almost six weeks. Over that time frame I needed to change the contract several times, and I could always speak to someone right away when I called. When I first got the truck, in a gentle and no pressure way, they recommended the damage waiver, and thankfully I purchased it. The driver’s mirror on the truck got damaged, and the process was so simple! Arjay took a few pictures, and I literally only had to sign one place on his computer. It was truly that easy. When I returned the truck it was maybe a 5-10 process at most. Absolutely 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
