We went to this branch for two transactions which we had been putting off concerned they would take a long time to complete. But Chelsea, who greeted us with a smile, completed the tasks quickly and accurately. Plus she was very friendly. She really improved our view of US Bank.

Terrible customer service. Told me that they couldn’t do something.went to the branch down the street and they did exactly what this branch claimed that they couldn’t.

I went to us bank and when they saw me they run to the door and closed it without any excuse I will go and close my account
