Thanks for not properly sending my mail where it was supposed to go.Also, Thank You for threatening to stop delivery to my location.Since your service has been inadequate.I do not believe I need this service.I don't understand why my location is so inconvenient.It has allowed your driver's to safely deliver/collect mail. Safely.Since you do not seem to value the safety of your drivers.You're welcome to spend your own money In order to satisfy your demands.I also hope that none of my generated revenue is contributing to this service.Sincerely,A digital customer who does not wish to financially support this postal service.

The lady's working at joelton has to be some of the rudest people I've seen in a while. Will not listen to what I need on the envelopes I take up there to mail.If I say anything about a mistake they make they get an aditude.

Can't even talk to a real person to ask real questions. Such a shame! We have this thing called COVID, we always blame for not doing our jobs and set recordings for everything and still get payed in full with all the benefits.

They've had my package for 3 days now. I was suppose to receive my $90 package by the 21st; and yet, here it is on the 24th and still no package.

Postmaster was incredibly rude. They're claiming a new nationwide policy is now preventing them from delivering oversized packages if they have to backup, yet other post offices have never heard of this policy.

Too bad you cant give less than 1 star. I get a parcel on hold card in box. Spend 30 min on 3 calls trying to figure it out. Automation hung up on me on first 2. Last one was on hold for a while when it hung up. Very first thing mentioned in automation is to stay on the line for a brief survey. That must be going great for you!
