I got off work early to drop off a package before the post office closed. I got here at 4:15 and the place was already closed when it isn’t supposed to close until 5.

Arrived today at 4pm to pick up a package. The doors were locked and blinds pulled shut. I called multiple times, no answer. Hours on the door and USPS website state they are open until 5pm.

They were 10 minutes late opening and then when they did, the gentleman upfront went on about his business without saying hello or asking what I needed. If you can’t open and be ready to operate at the time posted, get better employees. This was on July 11th at the post office in Donelson pike. Very bad service.
