Brandon Neal is such a sweetheart and extremely helpful. He greeted me when I walked in and was knowledgeable about the packages I needed help with. Keep him upfront and center!!

The package drop box is almost never open and the kiosk has problems a lot. These are the two services I use the most, so that’s frustrating. The employees are nice for the most part, but it’s really hard getting issues resolved if you have one. The lobby usually looks pretty worse for wear.

It has gotten so much better in the last 6 months. It seems they have hired more people so you're not waiting long. Gonna miss you guys I have to cancel my po box it's just too much but everything is right now.
