Therese was a tremendous help in getting my phone number ported from my old provider to Verizon. She was very patient and polite, working with me and the many other people we were passed through with customer support. I will only deal with her in the future. Thanks Therese! YOU ROCK!

Do not go to any VICTRA franchise. They are the worst. I have been trying to return a phone for a month. When I originally got my new phone I was told I could drop off my original phone at any Victra location. First attempt, I took back to the original lebanon pike location at 4pm and the store was closed early for the day when they were supposed to be open until 5pm. Second attempt, I took my phone to a different Victra location 20 mins away and they told me they wouldn’t be able to take my phone. Third attempt, at 3pm I took my phone to the original Victra and they were CLOSED for an hour due to someone taking a break. I will not be paying any late fees for returning my phone when I tried 3 different times to return it. NEVER DO BUSINESS AT THIS FRANCHISE.

I came in wanting to pay off my iPad and trade it in. I also wanted to get a new phone because mine was giving out. Fortunately I walked right in and was able to be seen by Eleanor. She was very helpful and even changed a plan of mine that was better suited for my needs. She handled everything in the fastest time I’ve ever been at a Verizon store. I would definitely recommend asking for her if you needed any assistance. Overall great experience. Best regards to Eleanor, as well.

Today was a great experience at Victor of Verizon. Richard, who is the manager and also the sales person that took care of me was amazing. My experience couldn’t have gone any better. Thank you Richard for yourself.

I went to this store twice. Once to buy a new phone and once to pick it up. Both times the store hours posted stated the store was open but the door was locked with a sign in the window saying they would be back. The first time I waited half an hour and the second time I waited in the parking lot for a TWO HOURS! I needed to pick up my new phone and I had no other time I could come to get it so I just kept waiting. After OVER TWO HOURS i left because clearly no one was coming. If this store only has enough money for one employee then a lunch break needs to be scheduled into your business hours! I will NEVER come back to this location again. This photo was taken at 515 on a Thursday and I have been here since 350.
