Today was a great experience at Victor of Verizon. Richard, who is the manager and also the sales person that took care of me was amazing. My experience couldn’t have gone any better. Thank you Richard for yourself.

I went to this store twice. Once to buy a new phone and once to pick it up. Both times the store hours posted stated the store was open but the door was locked with a sign in the window saying they would be back. The first time I waited half an hour and the second time I waited in the parking lot for a TWO HOURS! I needed to pick up my new phone and I had no other time I could come to get it so I just kept waiting. After OVER TWO HOURS i left because clearly no one was coming. If this store only has enough money for one employee then a lunch break needs to be scheduled into your business hours! I will NEVER come back to this location again. This photo was taken at 515 on a Thursday and I have been here since 350.

Absolutely the worse customer service ever. Save yourself and stay far away from this independent location and ho to a corporate store. The manager and sales people are awful. I will never give this private location another dime of my money

My husband and I tried to patron this store today at 330pm on a Saturday. Per their sign they are open until 5pm. As we approached the door a lady came to the door and locked it while looking dead at us. I asked are you closed? She then said no I will be back while locking the door. So naturally I assumed maybe she’s alone in the store and has to use the restroom? After standing at the door for 10 minutes she never returned and no one else was in the store. This location is independently owned by Victra and if this is a normal way of business for this store, then I dodged a big bullet. Why help a business that doesn’t appreciate their customer? I will be alerting Verizon publicly about this owner and their lack of customer service and lack of proper representation of their brand.

I ordered a cell phone online and was told to pick it up at this location. When I arrived, no one was working, the door was locked. Verizon was unable to direct me to another location because of an inventory issue where my order had already been placed through the store. I do not recommend this authorized retailer
