I don’t have the receipt didn’t think I need it since the guy pulled up my account. Then the drive a hr away. Customer service is no help, telling me to buy a whole new 30 charger when I just brought one 3 days ago

After hours on the phone with customer service, I decided to stop by the store as a last resort. Thank goodness I did! Jajaun and the manager Matt were able to solve something for me in 5 minutes that no one on the phone could do. I just needed to pay my bill and restore my services !! Thank you jajaun & Matt!

I was clearly the wrong color today. Tried upgrading a phone. The store wanted 30 dollars more than the list price and tacked on a 35 dollar upgrade fee and a 29 dollar setup fee to verify the device would work. The sales agent just rolled her eyes several times when I asked them to explain the fees and that I could walk into Apple, do the same thing and save 100 dollars

BEWARE: My daughter purchased accessories here and when she disovered she had been sold the wrong size, we were told the store had no record of it being purchased. Of course she had paid cash. The manager finally agreed to swap out the wrong product. It was heavily implied that an employee might be pocketing cash sales.

Upgraded my really old Samsung Galaxy J3 phone to the Galaxy S23. Christopher said that since it was a business phone, he could do the transfer for no charge. He answered all my questions while the transfer took place. If you go to the Rivergate Verizon Store, ask for Christopher. He will take care of you.

Worthless experience to go in for help. Workers too high to help and rude enough you would rather deal with phone support.

Talked to rep for about an hour and even walked to get transfer number and when got back they said the deal had expired that day The store even still had sign out front on sidewalk about the deal that just expired. If they are advertising a deal they should have to honor it. Very bad business

I had to go into this store today to return a phone that I had upgraded for my son. After waiting for over an hour, I finally was able to speak with a store associate. However, a problem arose when I couldn’t reset the iPhone as I had a screen time password that I couldn’t recall from when I first purchased this phone. With the Verizon Parental Controls, I haven’t had to use that in a very long time. At this point, she totally was disengaged from trying to help me and kept saying if I didn’t know the password, they couldn’t accept the phone back, as it had to be reset. This is totally understandable, but my problem was that she was not providing any assistance with helping me figure out how to do that very thing. I kept asking if there was another workaround for finding the password or resetting it. I’m not the expert. I needed assistance, and instead of providing it, I was told I had to go home and figure it out on my own. Totally unacceptable. I was so taken aback with how flippant she was with trying to help me, that I just turned around and walked out. Not long after that, I got an email stating that my $600 credit had been canceled, even though I still have a week to return the phone! I immediately called customer service and was told what I could do to reset the password in order to reset the phone. Why couldn’t have been given that information in the store!?!? I have personally worked in Customer Service environments my whole life and this Verizon store employee did not provide just a little of that to me today at all. I’m terribly dissatisfied with the inept attitude that I received from this store employee, not to mention the amount of time wasted during the entire time I was there, and now I have yet to figure out if and how I will get my $600 credit reimbursement that I am owed for the phone since she canceled it in the system after I left! If this had been my first customer service experience with a Verizon Store, I’m positive I would not be a customer! It was that bad.

This store experience has been horrible. I made an appointment to get help with. a charge on my account for a replacement phone I sent back and I never recieived credit for it. 999.00 charge added to my bill.. I was told that their store was a "sales" store, and they really did nothing to help me. They gave me the number to customer service.. This is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service. So you all only care about bringing in your new customers, upgrading services, devices, etc... What about customer satisfaction or customer retention. I will never visit this location again. Absolutely a waste of time to drive here.

Terrible experience with this internet provider so far!! I was happy for almost 10 years having them as my mobile provider, but since I connected my home internet to them it’s been dreadful and ridiculous to say at least. They lured me to switch providers, sending me texts and emails (I have proof) of perks they will give me if I changed my home internet, which I did. The promo was also confirmed in store by rep Matt and I have witnessed. Uncountable number of hours spent on chat, in storeh and on the phone with customer service reps, totally idiotic way to handle a request and fulfill a promise they made and is still active on their website. Reps acting like I’m inventing promos, file ESCALATIONS (!!!) for their own promos when you contact them to receive what you’ve been promised.Laqunda Bandy - Solutions Manager -Verizon Retail Store - contacted me out of the blue asking to email her the Early Termination Fee bill and proof of payment so she applied the credit as advertised. I did on August 11, but she never followed up, haven’t heard back from her ever again. I had to spend another amount of hours on the phone with reps to have that credit applied.Store rep - Antonio went out of his way to assist, but little can they do in the store. I’m being bounced from customer service to chat, fromChat to website, from website to the store and so on, in a circle. On June 23, 2023 Verizon texted me offering a $200 Home Depot gift card or a Tv sound bar if I switched my internet provider to them. Almost 3 months and 62636262 calls and hours later, no answer. No advertised promo fulfilled to the customer. Worst provider choice I ever made!! Seriously considering to move back to Comcast XFinity, at least with them, I paid a few $ more, but didn’t have to go through this drama.
