“Always wanted a mirrored bar cart. On delivery it was discovered to have a chipped corner. A new mirror had to be special ordered. It took several weeks but Sprintz rep kept me updated. Their service and quality is the best in Nashville.”

“I ran into an issue with app after waiting over an hour for the system to find me a route. Got the message to see an associate. Called customer support, who were absolutely no help. The associate just said that she will notate my acct so that I am not penalized.
Went with my 1st mind to go back into the building for a manager. Angie was nice and able to help me immediately!!

“Easy place to find and get to. Unloading was fairly quick. If there are other trucks there it might get tight. The docks are fairly easy to get into. The entry and exit to property is a little tight but shouldn't be an issue if you are not all stretched out. They do have facilities you can use if you ask them. The guys I talked to were nice. Over all it's not a bad place to go.”

“Ordered an Allison model 1000 transmission. Delivered next day. Waiting longer for radiator and transmission cooler than the Allison unit. I’ve always used and recommended Jasper. The fact that they R&D engines and transmissions and upgrade or beef up the typical failure spots will keep me coming back. This makes a 4.0l Jeep motor and an Allison transmission I’ve replaced. They also have a no beef warranty with replacement charges paid no matter where you are as long as it’s installed by an authorized Jasper installer and replaced by a Jasper installer should it fail.”

They had a 3rd party trucking company deliver our materials to the jobsite whenever we requested them and added the cost to our monthly bill. It made it super easy. Would definitely recommend.”
