“I called the shop today desperate for someone who could help me after locking myself out of my running vehicle in 100 degree weather. He came immediately to help me & had my doors unlocked in no time. I would 100% recommend & I’m so thankful for the kindness shown to me in a bad situation ❤️”
“I HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCE HANDS DOWN! I CALLED CLAY ABOUT SOME PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR. HE WAS VERY HONEST, TOLD ME THEY THE MAN THAT COMES WOULD HAVE TO LOOK AT IT BEFORE GIVING ME A ESTIMATE. WE WORKED OUT A DAY, I GOT THE ESTIMATE AND HAD THE REPAIR DONE. THE COST WAS THE BEST PRICE I WAS GIVEN IN DYERSBURG. I WOULD RECOMMENDED THEM 110%. YOU CANT TELL I EVER HAD A DENT.”

“I perfer autozone over other parts stores, but that said its about the people not the store and the gentleman here was very helpful and found everything I needed.”
“Tl;dr: Had a great experience and was lucky to get help from Ruben and Cael here while experiencing a mid-roadtrip leaking tire.
My experience:
Picture this: you’re 200- something miles into your first big trip with your new camper and new (to you) 2500. Everything’s going smoothly until BAM! Low tire pressure light comes on. No big deal. You pull over, check your tires, fill them up with your portable compressor because you thought you had all your bases covered, and you get back on the road. Too easy.
WRONG. It comes back on 2 exits down the highway later. You check your trucks monitoring screen and your front passenger side tire is dropping faster than my grades in college near the end. Shit. You’re not in a familiar area and you don’t know what to do. You google search “tire shop near me” and call the guys over at Master. Ruben picks up, tells you to come on in. He and Cael get you taken care of swiftly and are insanely helpful with advice on what tires to buy moving forward. Oh and it was affordable which is great considering the urgency.
And on the way out the door, he noticed an issue with our distribution hitch that the dealer installed and fixed it on the spot.
If that’s not top notch customer care, I don’t know what the hell is.
Thank you so much guys!”

“Never had any issues here. They even once provided me with the loaner tools to swap my worn starter out with a new one but could not provide bench testing for the old one. Today I had no luck finding items that the website says is available but found a slightly more expensive alternative for my Jeeps oil filtration. The service is always good and the store organized and clean.”
“All the guys are nice and know what they are doing. Bought my split unit here over a year ago thru my installer and I'm loving it still today. Don't want to run ductwork . . A split unit is the way to go! Heating and air. Thanks to Johnstone I was much cooler this summer and much warmer this winter. But best of all my electric bill went down from previous year. A great supplier indeed.”
“Dyersburg Glass did an amazing job on the glass for both our walk-in tile shower and our guest bathroom shower! Everything turned out beautiful — clean lines, perfect fit, and top-notch quality. The team was professional, on time, and easy to work with. Highly recommend them if you want great results and dependable service!”
“I got exactly what I wanted, the instructions for assembly were clear and easily accessible, the quality is superb, the shipping was fast and FREE. They even sent me some little decals! I have nothing but good to say. Very excited to show off my Rough Country lift and shocks.”
“Kayleigh helped me out a lot tonight. My alternator went out and Kayleigh helped me find the affordable part needed for my vehicle, and even provided me with the tools I was missing to get the job done! She was very professional and knowledgeable in her field. 10/10 will keep Oreillys in Dyersburg my go to simply for her courtesy and professionalism!!!”
“Andy and team really did you right, both technically and ethically with a fair price. Air bags and other truck accessories, including radios, Car Play, and Android Auto!”

“This place had the best selection of 5x20 mm fuses of anywhere I could find in Dyersburg or Newbern. If you need the smaller size fuses, this is the place to go.”
