“I'm from Florida and we went on a trip to Tennessee. We ended up having a skid plate under the car lose two clamps. I recently bought property up in TN. So I went to O'Reilly's in town. They couldn't find the part so they recommended Briggs. Me being hard headed, I go to autozone. They didn't have it either and they also mentioned this Briggs. Well, it was where I should have gone the whole time. I mean he really has a cool first name. LoL
So Mr Briggs moved the truck he was working on. He had me pull the car into the garage, That's trust. This guy didn't know me. I could have been the worst driver ever. He fixed it within 10 mins. Then he told me to pay it forward. So now when I move to TN I can scratch one of the most stressful thing's off. Finding a good honest mechanic. Thanks again Justin.”

“We had an outstanding experience at the NAPA Auto and Truck Parts in Newport, Tennessee - thanks to Steve Suggs and Janet. We had recently purchased two new 6 V golf cart batteries, in Holiday, Florida for our RV. After traveling, and then sitting parked for a week in North Carolina, we discovered on the road that the batteries were not charging. We stopped at this NAPA location, and Steve and Janet went above and beyond to help us. They tested the batteries, remove them, charge them, and reinstalled everything all while being incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They spent about three hours helping us and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days. We are truly grateful and thank you both for getting us safely back on the road. Thank you again Stephen Suggs, and Janet!”
“I have had Ryan Kennedy perform service and performance work on my vehicles since 1990. Over these years, there have been two 911 Porsche Carreras, three 911 Turbos, and now, a GT3. I have lived in four cities in Florida and can say Ryan is the best Porsche mechanic for any work on Porsches. Although Ryan now lives in Tennessee, I have had him come to Orlando, pick up the GT3, take it back to do major service and dundon race headers and exhaust system, and return it. All this work, including transportation, with superior quality has cost less than having it done in Orlando. I would highly recommend Ryan for any services or modifications to their Porsches.

“So my key fob died and I couldn’t get into my car today. I went to AutoZone to get a battery to try and change it myself because when I called the dealership earlier they wanted around $125 for the battery and the labor to fix my key. Not only did Mr. Edge find me the battery I needed, but he was able to change my key fob battery for me. This guy saved me a crazy amount of money and he was so happy to do it.”
