“I went here panicked one morning because me and a friend had just travelled almost 700 miles from missouri for a friends wedding, and were on a big time crunch when we realized my skid plate had almost fallen off during the drive and was dragging for hours. The staff were so kind, and gave us all the advice and help we could’ve gotten. Sam and Bryan both assisted us and were really helpful. At one point Bryan even went outside with us and got on the ground to see what I was talking about with my vehicle, and gave me a hand to fix it. They went above and beyond to help us, and relieved a lot of stress, which helped keep the rest of our trip from going sideways! A huge thank you to the White Pine Autozone and its amazing staff!!”

“Sounds kinda grumpy on the phone, but very helpful! I had been looking for a radio for my car everywhere, online, I even went all the way to Knoxville pull-a-part, and even the dealership didn't make the radio for my car anymore, and just by chance I called Strange's and they had the exact one I needed and wasn't going to charge an arm and a leg. To boot it already had the anti theft pin ready so I didn't have to call on the phone to get it before installing it or pay the dealership like $200 to do it which is highway robbery.
