“Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. They were running a little behind with a staff shortage and the desk agent Tyson made me aware of it when I arrived. Well it ended up taking quite a bit longer than he thought and when it came time to pay my bill, he said I'm going to take care of your entire bill. “We broke down yesterday after overheating. We pulled off exit 440 and into the parking lot at the 78 gas station next to Grooms. We called and asked if they had any openings and they told us to come on over. Everyone there was very kind. The man who helped us ran a pressure test, as we had a coolant leak and determined that a masterlock broke off of someone's trailer or something and found its way into our radiator. Definitely made an inconvenient situation less stressful, and we were treated like we were part of the family while we waited for the tow truck.”
