“I bought a set of 4 tires in the spring and couldn’t be happier with the tires or the service I received. However, recently I scheduled an oil change, rotation, and alignment and they dropped the ball. This place is always busy, and they obviously are a fan Gavin the community. Although aggravated, i agreed to let them reschedule me as they said they would make it right. Well let me tell you. Not only did they own their mistake, but went completely above and beyond in making it right. Customer service like this is almost a thing of the past, and I’ll say I was overly impressed which how they handled this. This is one overly happy and grateful customer! “I like this garage pretty well and you can trust the guys to do what they say they will and not overcharge you or screw you over. At least in my experience and as a woman I have never had any issues with this garage and they have always been super courteous, helpful and honest. I do my research when something goes wrong on a vehicle and I will know ahead of time what is usually wrong with it and how much it typically costs for the part and labor so I already know what I am going into and I don't get screwed around. I just don't want to do the heavy lifting and dirty work so I take it to professionals for that part but its imperative to know about your vehicle if you don't want to get kicked around.”

“I cannot explain the gratitude that we have for the automotive department at Newport Walmart! We were on our way to shop and reached the parking lot yes the very beginning of the parking lot and our car died! My husband has had 2 strokes. We went to the automotive department and Sheryl behind the counter was just getting ready for her break. We explained our situation and she jumped into action went out to the staff and asked what could be done to help us. That is when we met Christie who was still on her lunch break, she clocked back in and walked to the end of the parking lot to help us. She is an amazing woman whom went above and beyond. The whole automotive staff joined to help. When I say our battery was dead it was stone dead they pushed it into a bay to fix it. This crew works in this incredible heat and Christy smiled the whole time we were with her! Hats off to this AMAZING BUNCH of Walmart employees that saved our day!”
