“We were out of town and got it head on in a parking lot. The right fender and quarter panel got bent into the tire so it was scrubbing. We came to them, they pulled it out so we could get back to South Carolina. Friendly quick service.”
“I would highly recommend Brandon’s mobile automotive services out of sevier county on snapp road . My alternator went out on my car on the 4th of February and Brandon had me fixed up the next day February 5th. He spoke to me on the phone and diagnosed the issues. He was Very kind, knowledgeable and professional ! He warranties his parts and his work by the date your car was worked on I have a 2018 dodge journey . He told me My part came with a lifetime warranty from the parts store and the work is warranted for a year if something goes wrong. He replaced the part and put everything back together in under two hours and my car cranked right up . A huge blessing and relief!!! “While on vacation in Pigeon Forge, I experienced an unexpected problem with my back tires and needed assistance. I took my vehicle to Sevierville Tire & Automative, and although they were already very busy with other customers, the owner and his staff went out of their way to work me into their schedule.
I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, expertise, and kindness I received. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain what was needed, and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. As a woman traveling on vacation, I especially appreciated being treated with respect and honesty. I never felt pressured or taken advantage of, and the price was very reasonable. They didn't have my tire size in stoke and the power took the time to travel to a warehouse get tires that would fit my car and brought them back and put them on my car.
The service was exceptional, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle had been properly taken care of. I highly recommend Sevierville Tire & Automotive to anyone who needs reliable, honest, and professional tire service—especially visitors who may find themselves needing help while on vacation. “While traveling from Ohio the exhaust got loud on our Grand Caravan mobility van. While on the road my son started searching the area for where we could get it repaired. We did not want a chain place because they usually don’t know anything about fabrication and only know how to replace. We arrived on a Saturday and I called Monday morning and I got in Wednesday morning. He thoroughly inspected the entire exhaust and all I needed was the pipe going into the muffler. He cut the old pipe out and fabricated a new one and welded everything in. Job was complete and I was out of there in about a hour. I feel he was honest with me and the price was very reasonable. The only minor problem was being a mobility van it sits much lower to the ground and the new pipe was slightly lower. When we were loaded heading for home it scraped occasionally. At home I cut the hanger moved it up and welded it back up. I’m sure he would have had no problem with making the minor adjustment but we didn’t notice it until leaving for home on the weekend. Thanks for the great service!”
“On 9/29/2025 I took my 2009 Dodge 3500 Cummins diesel to them because I was having problems with the turbo and they got me right in and got the problem fixed. I recommend these folks for any work you need done. and very friendly folks”

They were lifesavers since we had to drive back home the next day. They were quick, efficient and very reasonable.
