Giles Auto Store is a great auto supply store. The staff is very helpful, very nice, and extremely knowledgeable. They work extremely hard to provide or find the parts you need, giving each customer a quality one on one experience. They are very willing to help with questions and offer above and beyond customer service. The place is very impressive as far as having all the parts needed. It is a really good place to get what you need, even if you don't know exactly what it is. Customers have had great experiences and will remember them for future needs.
Super helpful. The last at the counter not only found my part, she upgraded it. It was a pulley. The plastic one exploded so she was able to take my dimensions and get a baby duty metal one. Now that my problem is fixed, the metal could be overkill but she got it done.

Very impressive place as far as having all the parts we needed for 2 different mowers we were working on. Knowledgeable staff working there and very willing to help with questions.Great experience for our first time there and we will remember them for future needs.
