Young lady in the Lowes by the name of haley in home goods sept was absolutely a godsend for my husband, and I doing remodels on our rental properties and our wedding venue. Every time we have come into the store she is amazing and helping us quickly. Find what we need and get us on our way very professional definitely an asset to the Lows team.

Needed to pay my bill. Only self check out open. Lady sent me to customer service where the lady was trying to do returns, on phone with someone who had gotten a call for delivery but had not purchased anything. She had to try several times to get my check to go through. Other people behind me. Lowe's makes way too much money to not have at least 1 register open. Or get the managers out there to help. The lady got the job done, but she could have used some help.

I have tried very hard to like this location but no.
This store location is very disorganized and sloppy.
Sales associates are nearly nonexistent
We will be taking our business to the Greeneville location from now on where the sales associates are much more polite and the shelves are better stocked.

Credit card fraud alert, be very careful using your credit card here they will keep the numbers and charge charge charge. You have been warned this is a cash only business if you care about security.

Higher prices on many items. They are out of stock on some trips when app says it's in stock. When you look up stuff on the app to find it in the store, the location of items is not correct on many of items. Employees are very helpful and try hard,but the corporate company sucks. Too bad it's the only home improvement store in town, sucks to have to go to Morristown or Sevierville because they are out of stock,or corporate decided not to stock the item. You would think corporate would be smart enough to have some less popular items at this rural location because of demand. But most everyone who works here is great.They don't stock the cheapest items, like dimmer switch ect. Example - they have the $20 one, but have to order the $10. HD stocks the cheaper ones when there are options. I HATE ALL THE DISPLAYS AND IN THE AISLES, ITS SO HARD TO NAVIGATE WITH A SHOPPING CART WITHOUT CRASHING INTO THE STUPID CLUTTERED STUFF IN EVERY AISLE. FORGOT ABOUT SHIPPING WHEN YOU HAVE A LUMBER CART.

I have never seen so many employees working and I had plenty of help when needed. It was so nice! Special shout out to Alicia in garden center for recognizing I needed some water. I was feeling dizzy and exhausted from the heat and she offered hers to me. Thank you so much for your kindness

Just got screwed over by the one in Newport long story we have small business and they sold use a pallet of bad landscape rocks and would do nothing about it job was about done needed more was how we found out was bad rocks

I have got to say, you have one of the finest young men working in your store. Chris. Even though he was getting off work, he went out of his way to help me, and with a very pleasant attitude. And the manager, George, is awesome! Very personable. Thank you, gentlemen. You make shopping at this Lowes in Newport, TN a great experience.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised given the current state of mind of most employees today. But this lowes has the worst customer service of any I've ever been in. Was in there this morning looking for a caged item I found it with no problem. The problem is there are 2 very similar products, one was priced and the one I wanted was not. Trying to find an employee is probably the hardest thing in this store. And every time you do find one they "don't work in that department"....
