It handles even the biggest trucks and SUVs with ease, which is a huge plus when you drive something oversized. The entire facility is clean, well-organized, and set up to make the process as straightforward as possible.
The powerful vacuums are a nice touch, making quick work of cleaning the interior, and they also provide microfiber cloths and window cleaner for customers to use, which adds a level of convenience you don’t always find elsewhere. “By far the best in the Nashville area. I have yet to come across a weak or not working vacuum. The tire shine does not go all over the car. The dryers inside the wash do an excellent job so you don't have to stand outside in the humidity too long drying your car. All employees that I've seen are very courteous professional and friendly.
Note to all you other car washes, take a lesson from Miles!”

They were very accommodating, and they make sure that the car was cleaned well inside and out. I was very happy with what they did.”

“Pulled up and realized after pulling into a stall that only one lane took cards. Owner came over and helped me out. Let me say my car hasn’t been washed in years so he recommended a product to help get the “grime” layer off first. Ran to Walmart and came back. He even helped apply the product before the stall came available. Will be back with the wife’s car the next time we get it detailed.”
“It was a great place and did well with our 2019 Dodge Ram. However, the hoses were constantly getting tangled up causing us to loose time that we'd already purchased. Also, the machine did not give us the necessary warning for when time is about to run out; so we can make sure to add the appropriate amount of money needed to finish the vehicle. So, all in all, as long as you make sure to pay attention to that time clock, as well as try & be as fast as possible without missing any spots on your vehicle, I give it a solid 4 stars. :) Thanks again U Wash!! -Ashh-”

“Of all the drive through washes with complimentary vacuums, this is the one I find myself choosing repeatedly, for our area. (Nolensville/Nashville/Brentwood- merged area). I like that they have a floor mat cleaner machine that you can use yourself and that there is cleaning spray available at the tables. The vacuums work really well every time and the wash is... Well it's ok for the price. About on par with most drive through models. Never gonna be the best and most detailed clean, but it does a job fairly well and the premium wash makes your car shine(just don't inspect the wheel wells and under things too closely :)”
