“Easy process to get started even if you do not have a membership. Line wasn’t too long and moving at a good rate. Was in the actual car was about 1.5 minutes. There were no vacuums available but will come back and vacuum at a less crowded time. Overall good service”

“I run a Turo fleet and this is my go-to car wash for doing my car cleanings between trips. It's conveniently located within 10 minutes to the airport. The staff is pretty friendly and helpful. The only negatives are it seems to have several bays where the vacuums don't have great suction or none at all. And getting in and out of this location hasn't always been the easiest with Murfreesboro Rd traffic. They did change the way you exit, which does seem to help tremendously.”
“I want to say I have been visiting this carwash for the last year the facilty is always clean and the representatives are always helpful and friendly but the reason why I tookthe time out today to post this is because of a recent encounter with the Assistant Manager Donovan. He made it an effort to come over to my vehicle and asked me how my experience was at the carwash and if everything was working well for me. I was impressed that he would take the time to come over and introduce himself to me. This was not expected and I let him know, being in customer service myself, that the small gesture he made to go out his way just to ask how everything was going went a long way. Kudo's to Donovan and his team for helping to make my experience a memorable one. May they continue to keep up the good work!!!!”

“Best car wash I’ve been to. Got rid of all the bugs ! My windshield was clean and I didn’t have to stop and wipe it off like I do at others. Just had to stop to get my mirrors back in place and a cap on my roof rack came off but I got it. Just shows how powerful their wash is.”
“I was the only one there when I pulled up as the truck in the bay pulled out, so there was no wait. All kinds of product here that most Beacons never tell you about. The even have a under carriage wash. I never knew. Dang. Good job, fast which is really important, and we're a bunch of nice people. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.”

“Great place to come and get your car washed. Employees were helpful. Unfortunately, I had a malfunction within my engine and the men (who work here) helped me temporarily fix it. They also did a great job in cleaning my vehicle. Only had one small issue with the services provided. I did pay extra for cleaning and the person working at the front of the building (older male) kept trying to charge me more but other than that, thank you! I do recommend this place.”
“It was a great place and did well with our 2019 Dodge Ram. However, the hoses were constantly getting tangled up causing us to loose time that we'd already purchased. Also, the machine did not give us the necessary warning for when time is about to run out; so we can make sure to add the appropriate amount of money needed to finish the vehicle. So, all in all, as long as you make sure to pay attention to that time clock, as well as try & be as fast as possible without missing any spots on your vehicle, I give it a solid 4 stars. :) Thanks again U Wash!! -Ashh-”

“Pulled up and realized after pulling into a stall that only one lane took cards. Owner came over and helped me out. Let me say my car hasn’t been washed in years so he recommended a product to help get the “grime” layer off first. Ran to Walmart and came back. He even helped apply the product before the stall came available. Will be back with the wife’s car the next time we get it detailed.”
“Great place to get a car wash. It's very convenient being close to home. You pay for the wash which you drive through then vacuum yourself. They also provide interior and glass cleaner with wash cloths. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is because they raised the price for a single wash from 7 dollars to 11. I feel they should have kept it at 7 bucks since you have to get out to wipe down and vacuum yourself.”
