“The BEST Cell phone repair place in the City!!!! Khalat and Zee are solid men who gave me great customer service. I was going through alot with my phone the whole day and I called Zee and he sent me to Khalat who sold me a S23 for $100 less than asking price, gave me a free charger, screen protector and Outter Box case. When I went to pick the phone up it was already activated with a new number. Thank you both bro. Much respect! I'll be back for all my phone repairs in the future. “What an amazing little shop!! Was in and out in 20 minutes (got sugar in my charging port) Patrick was able to get my phone charging again no problem. Didn’t try to push unnecessary costly repairs but did let know if my port quit working it would have to be replaced but he would credit today’s repair cost to the replacement. Also the vibe in the store was something else. Almost everyone that came in greeted Patrick by name. Though they had a steady stream of customers no one was impatient. When I mentioned I found him by google and he had the best reviews a couple of gentleman agreed and said he was the best in Nashville. I absolutely agree!! Skip big name stores and come here where Patrick is friendly, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced you won’t be disappointed with his services.”

“I walked in and was greeted, and Carolina was sitting down with me in under five minutes. She was able to listen to me and figure out how to help me. I have had T-Mobile for a long time and our family is all on it. I took my iPhone out of its Otter Box protective case because it had charging issues and almost IMMEDIATELY I dropped it and the button didn’t work, it randomly called people, etc. VERY frustrating. I was able to purchase an identical model online and the “easy” data transfer did NOT happen. Wasn’t sure to go to Apple or T-Mobile, but I chose T-Mobile and Carolina worked with both units and had them pairing within a half hour. I am typically fairly tech-savvy, but she was patient and assessed the situation correctly and accurately.”

It was super quick, I think maybe a half hour total time of us walking in, waiting a few minutes to be attended, doing the process and walking out. Carlota was nice with us and answered all questions. I noticed the other staff members were quick to attend anyone else who stepped into the store.”
“Went yesterday to replace 2 phones that were broken due to age and dropping them over several years. Bricelda helped me pick out the new phones, she gave several options for cases for me and my husband, put the screen protectors on for us, and answered all of my questions. So nice, professional, and quick. Was in and out of the store in about 30 minutes at noon on a Thursday. Would definitely return to this location if necessary.”

“some people have unfortunate things occur and that was me today. had nothing come up on my screen and thought the screen would need replacing. brought it in and he immediately put it on his computer, ran the diagnostic test and one minute later my phone was working as normal. he had my phone less than 5 minutes and i expected a charge. he said no it was just a reset thing and nothing else. this guy is as honest as the day is long. would recommend this business for any of your phone needs. could not ask for better service.”
