“Came in with several issues over a couple of days. Our phones were doing things we weren't used to and we needed to disconnect our internet. We spoke to Trey, and he was able to disconnect the internet, give us instructions on how to return it, and solve all our problems. He was very professional and did it all with a smile on his face. “We brought in an iPhone 14 Pro with broken camera. The technician told us they could fix for $40 with lens replacement. I don’t think he carefully looked at the state of the damage in his diagnosis. When the lens replacement didn’t work we needed pay another $150 for the camera body replacement if we wanted a phone with a functional camera. Disappointed that he didn’t spend any time on the diagnosis before the quote.”
“My man Phillip is unflappable! 4th quarter 3 point shooter to end the game, hail Marys for wins not OTs, 9th inning bullpen save no hesitation! I came in on my lunch break and told him I needed a new phone up in running in less than an hour and 30 if he could, or else I'd have to come another day. He didn't blink! I was back to work in an hour and 10 as this man did his thing. Great immediate service, would recommend this location and PHILLIP to anyone!!”
“The BEST Cell phone repair place in the City!!!! Khalat and Zee are solid men who gave me great customer service. I was going through alot with my phone the whole day and I called Zee and he sent me to Khalat who sold me a S23 for $100 less than asking price, gave me a free charger, screen protector and Outter Box case. When I went to pick the phone up it was already activated with a new number. Thank you both bro. Much respect! I'll be back for all my phone repairs in the future. They truly understand customer service and Community!”

“Im not tech savvy at all, didnt even plan on going in cricket or trying them. Went in on a whim, and Amad gave the best customer service Ive ever had in my life. Any store. He wasnt pushy, at all either. Considering Id just left boost mobile a few blocks away, that guy at boost that kind of looks like a tall Steve urkel, was rude, ignorant pertaining to his job, and I had to leave. In Cricket, Amad answered all my questions, bent over backwards to help, and I left with better than I'd came in desiring, and payed much less. Service is great, support is great, If I could give that guy Amad a 50 out of 5 I would. Lastly, get this....I even tried to tip the man, for going out of his way to make me feel valued...on top of having and catering to two or three other customers by himself...Corporate; Id keep my eye on this guy if I were you. “Every once in a while, you come across someone who reminds you what great customer service is actually supposed to look like. That’s exactly what Aaliyah P. did for me.
I had already been to multiple AT&T locations trying to figure out an issue with my phone. Every time I left, I felt more confused than when I walked in. I was honestly starting to think no one was going to be able to fix it.
Then I met Aaliyah.
Within just a few minutes, she asked questions no one else had asked, figured out what the actual problem was, and came up with a solution that no one at the other stores had even mentioned. It wasn’t luck, it’s clear she really knows her stuff.
But what impressed me even more was how she treated me. She never made me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions. She was patient, kind, and genuinely wanted to help. You could tell she cared more about getting it right than just getting me out the door.
I’ve worked in customer service, and I know how hard it is to find people who have both the technical knowledge and the people skills. Aaliyah has both, and that’s a rare combination.
AT&T has an incredible manager in Aaliyah. She’s the kind of person customers remember and the reason they’ll come back to a specific location instead of going somewhere else. She turned a frustrating situation into a great experience, and I truly hope she’s recognized for the impact she has. Employees like her don’t just represent a company well, they make people trust it.
