“Real service is measured by the experience a cusomer recieves when dealing with a company to solve a problem. Jim Johnson Landscaping was the bright shing star in our move to Nashville. We bought a spec house where Jim Johnson Landscaping had designed the water drainage plan, the irrigation system, the landscaping plan to include a beautiful pato with a fireplace and hardscape on our entire property. We were so impressed that we also hired Jim Johnson Landscaping team to plant additional trees and annuals for our flower pots. Their work was breathtaking! They really showed us their concern for their customers when we thought we had an issue with the water usage and needed to check for leaks. Jim Johnson's team was very quick to respond. They went above and beyond to solve the problem even though they had not caused the problem and were not the reason for the issue. They are very professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough. I highly recommend the Jim Johnson team for your hardscape and softscape needs. This is a problem solving creative team who will give you an admirable outdoor living space that you will enjoy for a lifetime.”

“Let me tell you about the amazing customer service I received from both Carly and Angie at this store on Triune…On this cold night I lost one of my gloves and stopped to get a pair here… struggling to separate the pair (as they were for some reason stapled together) both Angie and Carly took there time to help me get them serpeares so I could enjoy nice warm hands on my journey home… Gotta love TSC and it’s employees… came back the same night to get some boots they had on sale for 50%.”

“Had the below 20 degree washer fluid and other items I was looking for Customer service was great well as the self check out lady who helped me get signed in since I had left my card at home.Only bad experience was the parking for Handicap was icy all the other spots where pretty good I put my cain down to get up it slipped on the icy spit but did not fall to the ground.in their defense it was very cold and hardly anything was melting the ice .”

“Cute little stop in with a lot of charm for being on old Nolensville Road. Settled in a historic building they renovated and made it a cozy little place to get boutique style gifts or customs planted bonsai and all the accoutrements that come with the job. The store keep was nice and helpful with questioned letting us know in the warmer months they host live shows and have a food truck. They also have a pay to play dog park and small playground for children. Definitely worth a peek I think, may need to stop in when the weather warms up as well.”

“My husband and I stopped in Home Depot yesterday morning looking for carpet for our new house in Orange Beach, AL. We asked for an estimate for carpeting three bedrooms. The Flooring Specialist (Adam Scruggs) gave us a rough estimate for carpet and padding. He was very knowledgeable of the carpet and patiently answered all of our questions. We decided to purchase carpet, but when we told him it was for a house in Orange Beach, he said that we would have to work directly with the Home Depot there. He made certain that we had all of the information that we needed to contact the Foley, AL, Home Depot. We are sorry that we could not have purchased the carpet from him. He is a truly excellent employee.”
