“I brought in a dried up can of paint but the samples taken from the can looked so much lighter than what was on our walls. The employee waited while I called 3 different stores to see if they had the same brand. No luck so they matched it to the dried paint that I had. I brought it home and it was an EXACT MATCH. The contractor working on our house said he’s never seen paint matched as well as this! I was so impressed with the service and product!”

“This five star review is for Cory at this location. I came in on a Saturday afternoon, looking for pieces to replace my bedroom closet that fell down I encountered two employees that were nonchalant one of which I helped him pull carts in because he was having an issues and it looked like his finger got smashed in the cart and then when I happen to ask him where the closet were, he looked at me as though he didn’t have on a vest that said Lowe’s and gave me wrong information just when I was fed up and was on my way out the store to go to Home Depot. I bumped into Cory on a whim and asked him because I really didn’t want to have to spend more time going to a different store. Cory took me directly to the area that I needed measured and cut the portion of the closet for me asked me was anything else needed to repair my closet and gave an apology for the lack of service that I received from his coworkers thank you Cory that meant a whole lot to me being one of those women that just didn’t know the language of what I was actually looking for a round of applause Corey is the little things that means so much?”

“My husband and I stopped in Home Depot yesterday morning looking for carpet for our new house in Orange Beach, AL. We asked for an estimate for carpeting three bedrooms. The Flooring Specialist (Adam Scruggs) gave us a rough estimate for carpet and padding. He was very knowledgeable of the carpet and patiently answered all of our questions. We decided to purchase carpet, but when we told him it was for a house in Orange Beach, he said that we would have to work directly with the Home Depot there. He made certain that we had all of the information that we needed to contact the Foley, AL, Home Depot. We are sorry that we could not have purchased the carpet from him. He is a truly excellent employee.”

“Lowes is the better option of the big box stores around here, for the homeowner. Their customer service is better than the others. Their pine and treated pine is superior to their main competitor, and I always go to Lowe's for those items, but for any other contractor grade items, it's the competitor for me.”

“Had an issue with wrong boots shipped to me however after reaching someone through the 800 number, they understood and re-shipped the correct boots to me. So, there's a TSC about 10 minutes away from my house and I returned the wrong boots that I received. Not a big deal since I had to go to Lowe's witch is right down the road from TSC.... Thank you Tractor Supply for your help!!!! PS.. Original order was placed online due to shortage of stock in the store.”
