“Not sure how this will come out because leaving reviews is really not my thing but the team at Nashville's location is worth me at least trying , they are very professional ,very kind very helpful and hav⁷mie taking great care of me .I have a new PICC line in my arm and have been really worried about it but I know I'm in good hands there their nursing staff keeps everything around us clean and sterile to the level that in my few visits there they have taken 95 % of my anxiety out of the equation ,and before being treated there any thought of exposing said pic line would send my estrogen levels through the roof and I'm a 55 year old man , So to say my experience with them has been excellent would not be saying enough ! So i would definitely recomend giving them a try before trying many others , you would definitely be glad you did !!”
“Cold section for dairy separated from larger cold food area. A little dysfunctional. Very crowded today. Seems like more self checkout than lines with cashiers. With lots of full carts this doesn’t work well. My cashier was humping! Kudos to him. Took too long standing in line.”

“Rx Partners is an amazing place to work. Professional atmosphere, knowledgeable and polite staff, work and services that make a real and positive impact on the community. It's not just a company, it's more of a Healthcare ecosystem. I've been happy here for 11 years. I expect the next 50 to be the same. For any visitors, they have plenty of parking and a nice lobby to wait in until you get your appointment. You should not have any issues getting through to a person when you call. If you call after hours, leave a message and they get back to you quickly. In the event they don't live up to expectations, which is highly unlikely, just point out the issue and it will be fixed right away. Rx Partners cares and when you do business with them you will see what I mean.”

Always willing to answer my questions and explain anything I need to know. Always smiling and greeting me when I come to see them. Today, Tuesday, Oct 15, 2024 I came to pick up a prescription and had the pleasure of being taken care of by Crystal and Son and Stephanie! They were just as sweet as they could be to me! “My husband & I moved to Franklin, TN about 3 months ago. We love it & we also LOVE our Publix! Customer Service is always top notch, great selections, always clean & OMG their deli is so AMAZING! Biggest selection of Boar's Head I have ever seen. They also have pre sliced deli meat that you can grab & go. There are also lots of premade bites that you can grab & go. Thank You Publix for making life convenient & easy for me!”

“I love Sam's Club and this is my go to location in general. I have both Costco and Sam's membership and I prefer Sam's over Costco any day. Solely for their online pick up orders. Yes, because I am that lazy to go in, ok, it's not that....it's more likely I hate hauling big bulky items into the cart and then into my car by myself...not only that....but if it's not at 8AM, I am not going into sams...no way. I hate crowds and the parking lot is just ridiculous lol I will stick to my online pick up orders :)”

This most recent visit I was in between switching insurance, and my medication was 10 times more than what I normally pay (not Walmart's fault). When we went to pay, Victoria also noticed the drastic change in price, and offered to try a coupon and seeing if it would work for us. And it did! Honestly, even if it hadn't, it was above and beyond what she had to do. Thank you, Victoria!”

“Always a good experience... Which is not my normal experience, for some pharmacies. Staff is consistent enough that it feels like a smaller or individual owned place. Still have the corporate rules and such, but as long as you're a rule follower and are kind and respectful from them, we've had nothing but excellent experience. Especially love the younger brunette, tall pharm tech and the pharmacist with the long curly brunette hair. (Sorry I can never remember your names ?). They always remember me and go above and beyond to make sure my aunt and I are good.”

“This is the only pharmacy I will do business with. April, Jamie, and all the others whose names I can't remember always go above and beyond for their customers. I have had them go track down an electric scooter/ shopping cart for me when I was unable to walk very well. They do all of things in spite of having to deal with rude and angry people all day, who are typically mad about something outside of the pharmacys control yet want to take it out on them. And they do all of this with a smile and professionalism. Top notch staff. Keep it up guys and gals!!!”
