“I’ve patronized Patterson’s’s in Oak Ridge for years. I took a friend into the store to look for a dishwasher recently. Customer service was minimal. No introduction, no interest in what she was looking for. Embarrassing. This is pretty typical from my experience with this sore. Their saving Grace is their repair service department.. Every time I’ve had them out, they are courteous. Knowledgable and efficient. I’ve had Eric work on my washer several times and he does all of the above. I will continue to purchase appliances from them only because they service what they sell.”
