“Fantastic mechanic. Volunteer did great work on the truck. I worked with Robbie who was awesome, from start to finish. He confirmed what I needed and let me know what I didn't need, which I appreciated. Amazing work at very fair prices. I'd recommend Volunteer to anyone in a heartbeat. I'll definitely be returning for all my major work.”
“The owner wouldn't even look up from his computer long enough to greet me, let alone help me with what I needed. He said he'd be with me after he was finished with what he was doing, but he never spoke to me again. Brandon, however, the guy that actually does the work, was wonderful! He was courteous and kind and did a great job! Thank you for taking care of us, Brandon!”
“I'll start by saying I'm not one to leave reviews but I have to say Jason is probably one of this best in the business. Very professional and honest keeps you in the loop of what's going on with your truck.I ask around before taking my truck and his name was recommended by everyone I talked to. Highly recommend for all your ford diesel repairs. Thanks Jason”
“Wanted to leave a review and say a few things about this place. Some from my personal experience, and some from others who led me here based on their experience.
Auto Tech Solutions was recommended to me by a couple of co workers who have used them for a while. They have always been done right by them and that is hard to find these days it seems.
First person had their truck diagnosed at a Toyota specialty shop and was told the truck would need a new engine, or at least a ton of hours of diag to possibly figure out the issue. The truck was an older Tundra that is a nice truck, but wasn’t worth spending a boat load of money to repair. He took it to AutoTech to have a second opinion and turns out he didn’t need an engine, or a ton of hours of diag. It was a valve spring issue I believe he said and it cost him less than $750 and his truck has been running great for the last few years.
The second situation was my someone I know very well who another shop threw the parts cannon at his truck trying to fix it. It was an f-150 that a new crate engine has been put in, a new transmission, and about every sensor you can replace because the truck was sort of surging forward at idle. Needless to say 10-15k later none of that fixed the truck. He was at wits end and I told him a few guys I work with have had good luck with AutoTech so he made an appointment. I am not exaggerating when I say they called him an hour after he dropped it off and the truck was fixed. I believe they found a torn wire that was causing all of these issues. Again he has been driving the truck now for a couple of years since that repair and been great.
For my personal experience, all I had done was an oil change and a vehicle inspection as this is the first oil change I’ve had on this vehicle. I called to make the appointment figuring it would be a few days or so and sure enough they got me in the next day. I dropped it off, they took care of it while I was at work and it was ready when I arrived. Very friendly, very fairly priced, and most of all you can tell they are honest and competent.
Good job AutoTech thank you.”
