Stood in line for 15 minutes this morning with no one at the register. The staff were back in the parts shelves trying to figure a store credit. Gave up and went to work. Will not be back.

Robyn manager was rude. We waited in line and when was next in line and she took a phone call and instead of putting g on hold she began to help them. Then next worker came and helped next in line so we waited to be skipped and ignored. Then when she was helping us she was in all others business but ours.

I came to auto zone and Alejandra helped me with my car battery. She was amazing!! She was very kind and efficient with her work. She gave me advice on what to do with my car battery and provided wonderful customer service. She deserves all the recognition.

My husband and I got a low 12V battery warning on my 2022 Ioniq 5. We were able to drive home from Wears Valley and my husband kept the car running while our wonderful customer service person found the right replacement 12V. I bought the one with the three-year warranty. She took it out to our car on a dolly, and we drove home and replaced the battery in our driveway, no problem.
We took the old battery back the next day and dropped it off for a small refund. Easy peasy. The customer service was friendly, quick and professional. Would use again.

Absolutely horrible experience. Employees were rude or indifferent and unhelpful. I was made to feel like a problem. The employee literally called me "his mess." When the one wiper didn't work and the one he replaced it with also didn't work he literally said "I hate you now". Eventually he got the right kind of wiper, but this was such an awful experience I will never come back to this location and do not recommend it to anyone.

Terrible customer service. I literally showed them the receipt for my recent purchase and they tell me there is nothing they can do even that though the box quite literally says 5 year warranty.
