Every time I go in to Advanced or Autozone, they make it seem like such a burden to give any semblance of assistance.At this location, the staff doesn’t seem bothered by assisting or guiding! Everyone from the workers to the manager are exemplary.I’ll probably be visiting more often since I feel encouraged to get things done on my car. My limited knowledge doesn’t make me feel unwelcome here!”

They recommended me a really cheap mechanic in the area (East End Automotive shout-out) and really tried to teach me about my car vs talking down to me. If you're a female you have absolutely nothing to worry about, this shop is full of kind people that really just want to help you fix your problems and won't upsell you due to lack of knowledge.”
