“This is THE BEST O'Reilly Auto Parts store !!!I have been a customer of this store for about 15 years and they have always gone "above and beyond" to be helpful and have always taken the best care of me. Being a 69 year old female, it is comforting to know that I can depend on these guys to take good care of me. Every single staff member here has been extremely kind and I appreciate the good service that I always get from them .... everyone here is just so nice ... from Gerney's extra kindness to the store manager, Daniel Watson, who personally helped me today. I have a small Nissan and my headlights are just the worst to try to replace a bulb, but they have always stuck with it until they were able to get it fixed for me. I appreciate them so much and I won't go anywhere else because they are THE BEST !!! I highly recommend this store !!!”

He swapped the battery in my key fob in probably 30 secs or less once I made it to the counter. Impressive work and you don’t see it often nowadays”

“I've had nothing but good experiences at this store. Recently I've been buying a variety of parts for different trucks and cars. I've got to connect with three workers in particular that I'd like to mention here. One of them is named Trevor and the other two are named Ben and Kloi. I get nothing but a positive attitude when I walk through the door even if I'm covered in grease or frustrated because I'm struggling with repairing a car. They all listen well. They're all friendly and they all have a smile. Most importantly I feel valued not only as a customer but is a person. I've engaged in discussions unrelated to automotive parts with each of these individuals and definitely have the privilege of knowing them more than just for their expertise with repairs and auto parts. Kudos to these three individuals who represent O'Reilly's very well. I've seen each of them help other customers as well and watch them as is my job as a psychologist outside the auto repair area. I feel comfortable being who I am around these individuals and I feel like they're extremely accepting of all diverse groups who walk through the door. While they'll always be someone who's upset and has a negative customer experience, I've never had any and just wanted to again thank these three O'Reilly's employees for being who they are”

“I drive for a local LTL company in Knoxville. We go here regularly for deliveries and pickups. The staff have always been quick to get you taken care of whether it is unloading or loading. They do close for lunch from 12:00pm to 1:00pm each day so you just need to keep this in mind when doing your route. If possible just work around the freight and come by before or after this period and you won’t have any troubles. They do a great job of labeling the freight and have all the proper paperwork ready to go. They remind you if you need placards for the shipment or not which is very helpful sometimes when you are in a hurry to get to the next stop. I’ve asked them move a piece of freight for me that was my next delivery that I needed moved to the back of the trailer because I was unable to move it myself with my pallet jack either due to size or weight. They never hesitate to help me out with stuff like this which makes them a great business to be at when you need a little help. Not all businesses are as eager to help you if it is not their freight and some will refuse to touch it at all. If it weren’t for businesses like Industrial Battery that are willing to help drivers out from time to time when we need it we would not be able to do our jobs as efficiently as we possibly can.”

“The employees at this Oreilly are extremely kind and very dedicated to their work. I was traveling inter-state and my dashboard started showing a check engine light, I got to the next exit (112), looked up the closes Oreilly. Once I got to their store, they showed some great empathy and helped me out by scanning the dashboard and it turned out that one of the spark plugs was defective as well as the part that plugs into it. They shared some instructions on how to replace it and got it fixed on the spot. Thank you for your professionalism.”
