“This is a really great community to be a part of! They are competitive but also super friendly and supportive, no matter what your skill level is. The coaches are always super helpful and (unlike the CrossFit stereotype) they actually care about form.”

“So I went in thinking I was ready to start a membership and work out but due to me working 7 days a week 14 hours a day I have yet to start but when I do it will probably most definitely be through Planet Fitness I had previously tried to enter two other gyms I want mention their name and you couldn't get in the front door there was no one at the front desk so I turned around and left Planet Fitness on the other hand when I post the front door magically opened walked in to employees at the front desk both more than eager to help me gave me a flyer give him the times and the days that I could see a private trainer and figure out what type of workout I'm wanting to do and need to do but again when I do get the time to start working out it will most definitely be through Planet Fitness not the other two fitness centers you can't get in the front door and you can't get anyone to open the front door because apparently no one works at these two fitness centers”

“Excellent training facility for adults and children. The staff here is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and more importantly they are extremely good people. My son who is 12 and plays on a local team who uses Kinect periodically for the kids. My son has food allergies and unfortunately had eaten something about an hour before training. His face began swelling and he got very sick. The staff there was very caring and I am very thankful for their professionalism and kindness.”

“I've been going for a couple of months now and just wanted to share my thoughts. Specifically to the oak ridge location. It's a nice gym, and the employees all seem friendly. For the price, it's still a bit questionable... One of our particular issues is with daycare hours. Day care, during week days, is split 8-12 and 4-8. There is no day care from 12-4 which would be most convenient for my gf who would like to go when she is off. Also, for weekends, it's only 8-12 on Saturday, no later hours or anything on Sunday. If I had to make a request for anything, it would be to have more available day care hours. The other thing I wanted to note is maintenance. I've noticed around the upstairs track area, ceiling tiles missing, or after/while it's raining, buckets are usually placed to catch leaking water. Also, in the shower area of the men's room, the ceiling vent is absolutely covered in lint. It just makes me question the amount of cleaning that's done in the locker rooms at all. Again, for what even a basic membership cost, I wish maintenance could be better.Physical training is $50 for 1/2 hour, which also feels steep to me.Finally, as I'm sure you will read in other reviews, I wish canceling was an easier process. It's a minimum of 1 year membership and there is hoops to jump through to do so. There's no ability to pause a membership due to health/injury reasons if you are out for a month or so.This is just my honest feedback, better day care hours and better maintenance would really make this gym the premium gym it's built to be.”

“I notice you had someone service and cleaned the cardio equipment. You need to change type of chemicals u use for the hot tub. Every time you turn on the jets, there are so many bubbles you can't sit in it, even after the water has been changed, still some broken equipment, and I would like some feedback so I know u really read these feedbacks.”
