Went there today and the store was locked, lights off, no note on door. We came from an hour away and arrived at 2:30pm (business hours for Monday are 10am-7pm), so we were very upset. We went next door to try and give the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe they went on break and forgot to out a sign/notice, and returned around 3:30pm with nothing changed. After inquiring around, the next door shop owners said they hadn't seen someone at the door since Friday. What is going on? Multiple people were just as confused as us, simply trying to pay their phone bill and not knowing who to contact.

Anne & Chris - I think that's his name- had the pleasure of dealing with me trying to stay calm. It all started when I tried to take my # with me from T-Mobile on an account that had port & fraud protection. It took nearly 24 hours, 30 calls made by myself, the x, the in-store employees as well as the customer service reps & port techs from both cellular companies... Nothing in life should be so difficult. Do better T-Mobile. Fix your shit. Train your people. Get it together man.
Metro: Excellent service, knowledgeable employees, and phone support that goes above & beyond anything I've seen. Give these folks a raise & a candy bar.

Anna and Chris helped me save over 100$ a month from Verizon for the same service. While we were talking plans, a groundhog came in from outside, and Anna threw some crackers its way, so me and the groundhog give it 10/10

Kathryn was incredible helping us today for my mother. Another employee has previously mislead my family about several additions on the account, the employee was apparently a fill in employee from a store in knoxville and didnt care to lie to customers at all but Kathryn which is local employee assisted us greatly. Unfortunately corporations tend to chastise the regular employees which has to clean up messes from others and this is not ok as for the over all company review I am not happy about it but oakridge location only with Kathryn was exceptional.
